HOW TO USE

Wellness Oils:

  • Apply to pulse points: wrists, neck, behind ears, inner elbows, ankles, chest, or soles of feet
  • Gently massage and inhale deeply
  • Use as a moment to pause, reset, and return to the present
  • Reapply whenever needed throughout the day or night


Shower Spray:

  • Shower: Spray 2–3 times directly into the stream and let the steam carry the scent
  • Bath: Spray into the air above warm water before soaking and inhaling slowly

Breathe deeply and allow the aroma to awaken the senses

Avoid use on linens or as a sleep spray.

Ancient Sea Magnesium Spray:

  • Spray 2 to 5 times onto clean skin on areas carrying tension like feet, lower back, and shoulders
  • Massage gently as the minerals absorb. Leave on for best results or rinse if desired
  • Use as your pre-sleep ritual to ease tension and wake up rested
